Forms not working
Are your web forms not delivering? Or are they showing errors when you try and submit them?
The most common causes of issues with web forms are misconfigured server settings.
Plugin issues and conflicts
When plugins start to misbehave finding a resolution can be a real headache.
Outdated plugin software and conflicts with other software on your website are typically the cause of such issues.
Broken styling
Have your web page layouts gone haywire? Are elements not aligning properly? Are your fonts or colours wrong?
Common causes include: user error (by the site editor), misconfigured stylesheets or conflicts between stylesheets.
Javascript errors
Is your website user interface not functioning? Have some parts of your site suddenly stopped working?
Javascript errors can not only break the element they are related too, they can also prevent other scripts from loading.
Php errors
Is your website crashing? Are your web pages not loading at all?
It could be because of fatal errors in your website templates or functional components. Typically caused by errors in the php code.
Malware removal and cleanup
Signs that your site has been compromised include injected links to external websites or pages redirecting elsewhere.
Usually caused by software that hasn't been maintained, allowing hackers to modify website behaviour.
Pricing
Troubleshooting website issues is charged on an hourly basis at £40 per hour.
Note that if a resolution cannot be found then you will provided with a report instead detailing what has been discovered about the fault and what further action you may be able to take.
