Air Ambulance website takes off
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance has just re-launched it’s branding, and as part of this exercise I was delighted to help out with the revamp of their website.
The new website has been designed by Wildcat Creative and delivers a more streamlined and fresh look to the site. Working as an extended part of their team I took care of the technical development of the new website.
The new site incorporates information about their fundraising activities, and how to get involved, patient stories, news, donation tools, an online shop and information for trustees and volunteers.
One of the challenges when re-developing an already well-established website is that of legacy content. And that was the case here, with the need to re-utilise legacy news articles and stories, re-build some functional tools and also maintain existing data such as shop orders.
The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is an amazing service that deserves our support, and you only have to read some of the patient stories to appreciate what a difference they make. I’m looking forward to helping further with their online presence in the future.
